No One Remembers

No one remembers You when he is dead. Who praises You from the grave?

Is Death the End?

Some people say that death is the end. There is nothing else beyond the grave. The Good News is that there is life beyond the grave in Jesus Christ!

Beyond the Grave

There is something beyond the grave. Death is not our end. But it is the end of all the chances we have to have faith in Jesus Christ as our savior from sin. While we are alive in this world, we have opportunity to hear the saving Gospel that Jesus died for our sin and rose from the dead to give us eternal life. While we are still alive in this world, we still have opportunity to remember what God has done for us. We still have opportunity to tell others through word and song.

Death of Opportunity

Once we are dead, the opportunity ends. We will either be condemned to hell because we rejected God and His salvation. Or we will spend eternity in heaven because we did not reject God but gladly heard the Gospel and believed it. We will sing forever in heaven then.

Remember Ash Wednesday? It was a long time ago. Lent is almost over. Are you ready to remember what Jesus did for you?

While you still have time, tell someone else about what Christ has done for you.

Heavenly Father, keep me in Your hands. While I am still alive, may I praise You. When I die, take me to heaven so I may praise You forever – for the sake of Jesus Christ, amen.
