Even though we were forgiven of all our sins by Jesus who died on the cross 2000 years ago, the forgiveness of sins is as close as a word, as close as a wafer and cup of wine, as close as water in a font.
That’s what the Christian Church is all about – telling others what we believe: that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior from sin, death, and the power of the devil.
When your Redeemer lives, you will live! There is a plan and purpose for your life in this world and, of course, eternal life awaits you in heaven.
There’s a lot of “famous” people who we remember but don’t do much for us. But a legacy gives us lessons, gives us tangible, teachable moments that can transform lives.
We will have to move, to make strides, to go out of our way to get in front of [our son] now. But we will do what it takes to let him know that he’s never alone. As much as in us lies, we’ll be there for him.
