We sin against God. In repentance we say, “I’m sorry.” And God says to us, “I forgive you.” Such powerful words!
Satan doesn’t want the Church to succeed. He hates God. And he hates everything that has to do with God.
The top of that list is the Church. And in his hatred of the Church, he tries to convince you – the Church – to not tell people that Jesus loves them and died to forgive their sins.
Through Jesus’ death and resurrection we are given new life!
His forgiveness is so perfect and so complete that the sin He forgives no longer exists.
Spiritual and emotionally, we won’t last long if we do not get rid of our sins. And there is only one way to get rid of them.
He will again have compassion on us; he will tread our iniquities underfoot. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.Micah
